Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm. Class A Misdemeanor. Police arrested my client after approximately 8 witnesses saw my client fire a pistol. My investigation showed my client noticed a disturbance in his front yard caused by a neighborhood trouble-maker. The trouble-maker was physically threatening my client's grandchildren.
