Possession of Certain Chemicals With Intent To Manufacture a Controlled Substance. The police had gone to my client's house to arrest a woman, but found she was not there. But the police, perhaps in their excitement to execute their arrest warrant, pointed their firearms at my unarmed client. Then the police asked for my client's consent to search his house. (!?!) Saying "no" to a request to search your house isn't so easy when you are staring at the business end of a handgun. Result: evidence suppressed and case dismissed. Click here to see enlarged image. |
