I included these articles for a couple of reasons. First, to show you that I’m a lawyer who is capable of handling important cases, whether as a prosecutor or as a defense lawyer. Second, to show you that the table of cases which I’ve tried to a jury in this website is not just exaggeration.
My name was in the news a lot more often when I was a prosecutor than it is now that I am a criminal defense lawyer. To me, that’s one of the marks of a good criminal defense lawyer. My clients generally don’t want publicity. My clients don’t want to be embarrassed. My job is not to get my name in the paper or my face on TV. My job is to get your case dismissed if possible, to make it go away as cheaply and as quietly as possible.
